Shipping Policy

Delivery Costs

  • UK Shipping: Free of charge for all UK orders, shipped via Royal Mail Tracked24. 

  • DPD Next Day: Available for an additional £5, or free for orders over £250.

  • Next Day Special Delivery: Guaranteed next working day delivery via Royal Mail, available for an additional £7.50 or will be shipped free for high value orders. Recommended for urgent guaranteed arrivals e.g Christmas 

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery within Europe is an additional £12. For destinations outside Europe, shipping costs range from £15 to £18, depending on the location, shipping costs is calculated at checkout.

Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed, inspected, carefully packaged, and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays, when the delivery service is unavailable).

Delivery Times
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Tracked 24: Aim to deliver next working day.

  • DPD Next Day: Next working day.

  • Next Day Special Delivery: Guaranteed Next Working Day. 

  • International Tracked: Delivery within up to 7 working days.

Delivery Guarantee
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to arrive due to incorrect address details. However, if an order is lost in transit by the delivery carrier, we will issue a full refund.

All orders over £250 will be shipped with DPD Next Day Delivery, free of charge.
