Shipping Policy

Delivery Costs

  • UK Shipping: Free of charge for all UK orders.

  • Next Day Guaranteed Delivery: Available for an additional £6.99, or free for orders over £220.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery within Europe is an additional £12. For destinations outside Europe, shipping costs range from £15 to £18, depending on the location.

Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, it will be processed, inspected, carefully packaged, and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays, when the delivery service is unavailable).

Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking provided. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Tracked 24: Aim to deliver next working day.

  • Next Day Special Delivery: Guaranteed next working day.

  • International Tracked: Delivery within up to 7 working days.

Delivery Guarantee
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to arrive due to incorrect address details. However, if an order is lost in transit by the delivery carrier, we will issue a full refund.

All orders over £220 will be shipped with Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, free of charge.
