Condition Rating Guide

Buyer satisfaction:

Every item we sell is carefully inspected to ensure its condition accurately matches its assigned rating. To manage buyer expectations as transparently as possible, we use a detailed condition rating system with six categories.

Please refer to the condition rating chart below for full details.

Our most common condition rating is ‘Excellent’, which indicates an item that is lightly worn, well cared for, and shows little to no signs of wear. The next levels are ‘Great’ and ‘Fair’, which include items with more noticeable signs of wear and possible visible flaws. Any flaws will always be clearly described in the listing and shown in accompanying photographs.

We also frequently offer brand new items, which are categorised as:

Brand New with Tags

Brand New without Tags

Brand New with Imperfections

You can find specific details for each of these in the condition rating chart below.

We take the accuracy of our condition ratings very seriously to ensure every buyer receives an item that meets their expectations and is completely satisfied with their purchase.
